I’m the Manager for the Lindfield gym. I’ve always been a sports fan and had an active lifestyle for as long as I can remember. In the past few years, I have really enjoyed the challenges of improving in the gym technically and getting stronger. I am also a Strength and Conditioning coach at the Wests Tigers in their Junior Reps set-up. I’m currently studying a Masters of High Performance Sport at ACU, having graduated from UTS completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2019.
I’ve been a member of the Form Fitness team since March 2021, and have loved helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Form Fitness initially appealed to me as a Personal Training centered gym, with the ability to be continually mentored and to continue learning as I attempt to master my craft, being a big reason why I wanted to work here. I love the sense of community, and the dedication shown by both the trainers and members at wanting to improve themselves and be better every day.
