Form Flow Group classes are included with your personal training membership. These small sessions focus on improving your mobility and movement quality while creating a supportive community. They provide structure, challenge, and shared energy to make your training both effective and enjoyable.

Flow Class

Our Flow Mobility Classes are designed to improve your flexibility and overall mobility using our Release, Increase and Grease method. You will work with trigger release techniques, static and dynamic stretching, and tools such as foam rollers, resistance bands and trigger balls to increase your range of motion.

 

Whether you want to enhance performance or improve recovery, these classes are a valuable addition to your training routine. We encourage you to take advantage of these complimentary group sessions as they are a great way to diversify your training and maximise your fitness results.

We support your independent training with private gym access, giving you the freedom to work at your own pace while still making progress. Your personalised strength program and cardio-conditioning sessions are designed to boost your performance and support your overall health.
