Exclusive Group Classes
Hybrid Conditioning Group Classes combine strength training and cardiovascular exercises in a small team environment. Hybrid offers you a well-rounded workout that will help you build endurance, and increase overall fitness levels through high intensity interval training (HIIT).
Exercises are structured within a time based circuit format to provide a challenging workout suitable for all ages, fitness and strength levels. Working out in a group setting also fosters a supportive and motivating environment, which can help you stay committed and accountable to your fitness goals.
Flow Mobility Classes are designed to improve flexibility and overall mobility by applying our Release, Increase and Grease Method. The Flow class utilises trigger release techniques, static and dynamic stretching and tools such as foam rollers, resistance bands and trigger balls to improve your range of motion.
Whether you’re seeking to enhance performance or simply looking to prevent injuries, this class will be a valuable addition to your fitness routine.
