Hello everyone, I am very passionate about sport, and this all started when I fell in love with gymnastics. I was a competitive gymnast for 16 years and became amazed by how strong and flexible the human body can be. I have grown up in Mount Kuring Gai right next to the bush making bushwalking one of my many hobbies. You may also find me crocheting a blanket, painting, or sewing.
I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do however I have always known I love sport and never wanted a job sitting in an office. So I chose to do a bachelor of exercise and sport science through University of Newcastle and graduated July 2022. Being able to pass on my passion of sport and movement has always been a dream and educating people on all the benefits movement, exercise and strength can give you.
I saw that Form Fitness was looking for a personal trainer and I thought I’d take the chance and I’m so glad I did. The philosophy of “form follows function” really resonated with me as a gymnast we were always taught the basics first before doing harder skills. The 45-minute session intrigued me and I have been so impressed by how strong everyone is. I am happy to be part of such a friendly team of personal trainers and I am eager to learn from everyone and help as many people as possible reach their fitness goals.
