Let's be real, this is the festive season and it's highly likely we're going to be eating big. If dinner is going to be a big feast, opt for a small breakfast and lunch option or you could skip a meal all together. Enjoy your dinner and go right back to your regular eating the next day. Prepare some meals and keep them in the fridge or freezer.
