Important Cancellation Terms:
As per your signed Membership Policy, 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date is required to cancel your membership and direct debits.
Your 30 day notice period begins once this form is submitted. Training sessions and payments will continue as scheduled during this time. Any credit sessions will be booked and confirmed by a team member.
