I have always had a passion for sports and training-particularly competitive sports, from elite level squash development to rugby 7s. I began exploring and developing my passion for strength training and fitness during high school. I’m currently studying for a double law/commerce degree, where I decided to complete further study for my certificates in fitness.
My desire to become a personal trainer derived from my goal of helping others become the best, healthiest versions of themselves. I’m super excited to be a part of the Form Fitness team, and I look forward to helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals.
