Exercise has always been a part of my life, having played football since I was 4. More recently I participated in long distance running before moving on to weight training which I have been doing ever since. What attracted me to a career in fitness was the idea of bringing others the outstanding benefits that achieving fitness goals gave me. Training helps better self confidence, self-efficacy, and discipline – which not only relates to training, but extends to other determinants of life, including studies and occupation.
I chose Form Fitness as I saw them as a very professionally run personal training company, which shared the same ideas and beliefs surrounding training and coaching that I hold. I also saw it as a great opportunity to better my coaching game and learn from my peers! The best part about being a Form Fitness trainer is the positive working environment and the great uniform. The members at Form are also so lovely and are always keen to learn new training techniques.
