I grew up in Hong Kong and moved back to Australia for high school and university. Playing sports has been part of my life since an early age. I started badminton when I was 6 and I also enjoyed playing soccer and basketball.
While I was studying for my Bachelor Degree in Sports and Exercise Science in 2018, I shifted my focus to strength training and competed in a handful of novice powerlifting competitions. More recently, I have renewed my passion for badminton and competed professionally in local competitions.
What attracted me to a career in fitness was the opportunity to help and educate as many people as I can to achieve their fitness goals. I enjoy helping my clients optimise their lifestyle to become healthier and happier. I started my fitness career as a personal trainer at Fitness First before I found Form Fitness where I now work full time. I enjoy being part of the Form Fitness team where I have helped numerous clients to achieve their health and fitness goals including fat loss, hypertrophy, strength gain and sports performance. I love applying evidence based training protocols when tailoring training programs for my clients.
