For most of my life I’ve been interested in health and sport. I started dance when I was 3, played netball and did swimming. I started getting into strength training later on and haven’t looked back. I studied a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science as well as a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Management at UTS.I started my fitness career coaching group classes but moving over to Form, I have loved working with people one on one. I also completed a number of internships at uni, working with athletic and general populations.
I chose Form Fitness as I really believe in their training principle – form follows function. I love the focus on basic strength training foundations and knew I could thrive and grow in the environment. The best part about being a PT at Form Fitness is definitely the family-oriented community of trainers and members. Everyone is so supportive of each other and the vibes are always high. Our members are goal driven and always willing to learn and give everything a go.
