Studio Membership is a great way for you to increase your training frequency and supplement your existing PT sessions.
Feel free to ask for help to ensure you are performing each exercise correctly in doing so remaining injury free and maximising your results.
Studio Membership hours:
Monday - Thursday: 6am - 7pm
Friday: 6am - 2pm
Saturday: 6am - 11am
