Love this gym full of professional trainers giving you full attention and pushing your limits. It has been great to work out with Shannon. She corrects my posture and keeps challenging me with more weights and different sets of exercise. Nothing can skip her eyes! I feel I’m getting stronger after just a few sessions. Please open one in CBD as well!

Manning has really turned around my fitness journey and given me some solid goals to work with as well as seeing immediate positive change in strength and tone. I’ve a history of avoiding gyms because of the “vibe” and always preferred the outdoors. I was also concerned that doing weights would cause me further lower back issues, what with age etc! Far from it, Rachael has been an amazing coach, gently building up confidence and adding weight slowly. My core feels better than it has in years and I really look forward to the sessions.

I Love the environment and atmosphere of this gym and the coaches are very welcoming and upbeat. Racheal (my trainer) is extremely experienced, helpful and constructive. I have improved over many weeks and look forward to more improvements. She is a very motivating coach and knows exactly what she is talking about (teaching while coaching). Absolutely love training here!!

Ricky and Fynn have been instrumental in helping me and my mate get fit and feel stronger. They understand our goals and push us hard, but make the training a bit more bespoke where we can put emphasis on specific muscle groups to cater for life longevity as well as looking and feeling healthy. Would highly recommend these guys.

The studio is well equipped and has a great atmosphere. I have been working with Ben for the last 9 months and he has been superb. He is a highly proficient trainer and is well versed in injury management and rehabilitation. I would highly recommend Ben to anybody looking to increase their strength and overall fitness.
