Sweat has nothing to do with fat loss or the effectiveness of your workout. Sweating is your body's mechanism of regulating temperature.

I wouldn’t say there are good or bad foods as such, but there are foods that offer less nutritional value than others and aren’t as optimal for our health and longevity.
