A massive congratulations to you and all of our members who competed in the FORM FITNESS Strength Competition over the weekend!

The atmosphere was electric, the support between lifters was incredible, and the performances were seriously impressive. Whether it was your first comp or you’re a seasoned lifter, you should be incredibly proud of the way you showed up, not just for yourself, but for each other.

The day was filled with big lifts, loud cheers, and plenty of PBs.
It was a true reflection of what makes this community special, commitment, courage, and connection.
